i had air conditioned double room with hot shower and a comfortable bed. the staff members were competent and thoughtful. the location was central, great for a sanctuary and a palace located walk from the hotel. you could walk to the main shopping centre and shopping centres.

Despite some occasional bathroom odor, the air freshener in the room helped maintain a pleasant atmosphere. a wonderful experience with a welcoming and safe atmosphere.

Stayed at Pondok Mundeh in Ubud and it was perfect! the comfortable and clean rooms had a lovely Balinese home touch. Located in a quieter area of Ubud, yet still just a 5-10 minute walk to the main town. Surya, the host, was kind and always happy to help. He assisted with planning day trips and even helped us hire a scooter. the breakfast served right in front of our room was amazing, especially the banana pancakes.

It truly felt like a home away from home. Cons: Nothing, no complaints at all.
